"The Eyes Behind The Mask"

One of the many close-ups taken at the Venice Carnival. This one allowing a good view of the eyes. I was reluctant to use "fill-in" flash as I find that the shadows, and hence the modelling is affected, plus, annoyingly, causing "highlights" on some of the masks.
